This Spicy Italian Chicken Sausage Pasta is loaded with bold flavors, tender chicken sausage, roasted bell peppers, garlic, and a spicy tomato cream sauce. Ready in 30 minutes for a weeknight dinner!

🍝 Ingredients

  • 12 oz penne pasta
  • 1 lb Italian chicken sausage, sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish
  • Grated Parmesan for serving

Step 1 – Cook Pasta Cook penne according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
