Step 1 – Prepare Vegetables
Cut cucumbers into 1-inch chunks. Cut tomatoes into wedges. Thinly slice red onion. Cut bell pepper into 1-inch chunks. Cut feta into large cubes (don’t crumble).
Step 2 – Make Dressing
