Prep Cheese: Cut the cold brie into small cubes (about 1/2 inch). Keeping it cold makes it much easier to slice!
Fill Shells: Place one cube of brie into each phyllo shell. Top the cheese with a teaspoon of cranberry sauce.
Bake: Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbling and the shells are golden.
Garnish: While warm, sprinkle with chopped nuts and a tiny sprig of rosemary for that festive aroma.
🎄 Festive Secret
For an extra layer of flavor, drizzle a tiny bit of honey over the bites right after they come out of the oven. It bridges the gap between the tart cranberry and earthy brie perfectly!
