Think of this as an “Advanced Caprese.” We’ve kept the heart of the Italian classic but added the buttery richness of avocado for a more filling and satisfying texture.

Fresh Ingredients

  • 1 Large Avocado (diced)
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes (halved)
  • 1 cup Mini Mozzarella Pearls
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Basil (chiffonade)
  • 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic Glaze
  • Pinch of Sea Salt & Cracked Pepper

Preparation Steps

  1. Slice: Halve the cherry tomatoes and dice the avocado into roughly the same size as the mozzarella pearls.

  4. Garnish: Scatter the fresh basil leaves over the top.
  5. Finish: Just before serving, drizzle the balsamic glaze in a zig-zag pattern across the salad for that professional restaurant look.
