Easy Pizza Pasta Salad | Pizzeria in a Bowl

Everything you love about a supreme pizza, but in a cold, refreshing salad form. It’s packed with savory pepperoni, creamy mozzarella pearls, and zesty Italian dressing.

20 Minutes Supreme Style Great for Meal Prep

The Toppings

  • 1 lb Rotini or Fusilli Pasta
  • 1 cup Mini Pepperoni slices
  • 8 oz Fresh Mozzarella Pearls
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes (halved)
  • 1/2 cup Black Olives (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup Green Bell Pepper (diced)
  • 1/4 cup Red Onion (finely diced)

The Zesty Dressing

  • 1 cup Italian Dressing
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes

Assembly Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Boil the pasta in salted water according to package directions for “al dente.” Important: Rinse immediately under cold water to stop the cooking and prevent stickiness.
  2. Prep the Mix-ins: While pasta cools, chop your tomatoes, peppers, and onions.
  3. The Big Toss: In a large bowl, combine the cold pasta, pepperoni, mozzarella, tomatoes, olives, peppers, and onions.
  4. Dress it Up: Pour the Italian dressing over the salad. Add the Parmesan, oregano, and red pepper flakes. Toss until every noodle is coated.
  5. Chill: For the best flavor, let it sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Baker’s Secret: Pasta tends to soak up dressing as it sits. If you’re making this a day ahead, save 1/4 cup of the dressing to toss in right before serving to keep it moist!
