- 2½ tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1 Chipotle Pepper in Adobo (chopped)
- 1 tbsp Adobo Sauce
- 1 clove Garlic (minced)
- ¼ tsp Salt
- ¼ tsp Paprika

- 2 Salmon Fillets (6 oz each, skin-on)
- Lime Wedges (for serving)
- Fresh Cilantro (garnish)
Air Fryer Steps
- Make Glaze: Whisk maple syrup, chopped chipotle, adobo sauce, garlic, salt, paprika. Reserve 1 tbsp clean sauce for brushing.
- Prep Salmon: Pat salmon dry. Brush both sides with reserved clean glaze. Let sit 5 minutes.
- Preheat: Air fryer to 390°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
- Air Fry: Place salmon skin-side down in basket. Brush with more glaze. Cook 7-9 minutes until crispy edges form.
- Serve: Brush final glaze layer. Serve with lime wedges, cilantro. Perfect with rice or greens!
🔥 Pro Tip: Don’t overcook! Salmon is done at 145°F internal. For extra crispy skin, air fry skin-side down first 4 minutes, flip, finish 3-4 minutes. Double glaze = double caramelization!
