🥗 Ingredients

  • 4 cups chopped kale, stems removed
  • 1 cup fresh cherries, pitted and halved
  • ½ cup toasted pecans
  • ¼ cup crumbled goat cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
