These spicy shrimp and guacamole tostadas are crispy, bold, and packed with flavor. Juicy chili-seasoned shrimp paired with creamy guacamole on crunchy tostadas make a perfect quick dinner or party appetizer.

🌮 Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & black pepper
  • 8 corn tostadas

🥑 Guacamole

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tbsp red onion, finely diced
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Salt to taste

🔥 Instructions

Step 1 – Season Shrimp Toss shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Step 2 – Cook Shrimp Heat skillet over medium-high heat. Cook shrimp 2–3 minutes per side until pink and slightly crispy.
Step 3 – Make Guacamole Mash avocados with lime juice, onion, cilantro, and salt until creamy but slightly chunky.
Step 4 – Assemble Spread guacamole on tostadas, top with spicy shrimp, and garnish with extra cilantro or lime.
